Howie Mandel trying to be funny + Fred Savage + a student film budget = this movie. Coincidentally, it also equals brain numbing crap. It's possible to make children's movies with decent production values that adults can actually enjoy, I've seen it with my own eyes.
They didn't try in this one, however. Plus, as I said, Howie Mandel is in it. Howie Mandel. If you're under 10, you'll love it.
