I love it in an unnatural way. I love Fred Savage (I hex you, Wonder Years!) but even more I love the monsters in it. My brother and I used to quote the man fat kid in this movie, when he discovers the cat food in his tuna fish sandwich or pee in his apple juice.
It's a fun underdog story, and is just scary enough for the 8-10 year old range without giving them nightmares.
