Review of Little Fish (2005) by Adnan A — 19 Oct 2008
Blanchett once again is superb in this dark Aussie drama. She plays a character looking for a fresh start from her murky past, but finds the going tough.
The story was reasonably engaging for the most part, but just failed to deliver anything worth remembering in the end. Hugo Weaving delivered a terrific performance as a junkie, it was nice to see his acting range.
Overall, an ok movie...could've been better.
