Review of Little Fish (2005) by Simon D — 08 Jan 2015
Good film very typical of the type of drama that Australia seems to be able to churn out at will. I'm not normally a fan of Blanchett but she was very good in this. This is a gritty drug-related family of crime story very similar to Animal Kingdom, especially the Weaveresque matriach, it must be pointed out that this preceeded Animal Kingdom and did not win an oscar so can probably consider itself unlucky.
