Based on New Jersey author Tom Perrotta's novel. (Read Perrotta's The Wishbones if you have ever been in a band or just like music) Now back to the movie - did I mention Kate Winslet. Also great acting from Jackie Earle Haley (currently featured in The Watchmen) as a troubled molester.
And then, of course, there's Kate Winslet.
