Review of Little Children (2006) by Jens S — 03 Aug 2010
The whole, "There's something rotten in Suburbia" thing is pretty much it's own sub-genre anymore and there really isn't anything here that hasn't been done already. Fortunately, there is enough talent behind and in front of the camera to give this movie a little oomph.
It's easier to admire - technically superb while eliciting strong emotions - it can be a chore to sit through; when your most sympathetic character is a convicted child molester, it's gonna be rough going.
