Review of Little Big Man (1970) by Luke H — 25 Jun 2007
Beautiful epic hypothetical period biopic of Jack Crabb and his fictional life amongst the Plains Indians and the freakish Euro pioneers of the Brave New World. Proves to one beyond doubt that 'excess of joy weeps' and 'excess of sorrow laughs.
' Dustin has been slumming it ever since. Old Lodge Skins and General Custer and all the other participants in this colourful array of characters have such memorable moments it seems sacrilegious to quote any of them in a blase manner.
I recommend immediate viewing.
