Review of Little Big Man (1970) by David M — 26 Aug 2012
I was going to se reminded me somewhat of Kevin Costner's 'Dances with Wolves', but I suppose in reality it should be the other way round - this came first. Presented as the last white survivor of the battle of Little Big Horn (otherwise known as Custers Last Stand), with Dustin Hoffman recounting his eventful life - including being raised by the Cheyenne, his friendship with 'Wild' Bill Hickock, and his role in the 7th cavalry.
Little bit on the slow side - I found my attention wandering at a couple of points - but not a bad watch.
