Review of Little Ashes (2008) by Caitie D — 10 May 2009
Nicely done, nicely acted. I think these actors coming together to fill such big shoes has left them with their feet in the legitimate acting pool. I feel it's more about Lorca than DalÃ, just having Buñuel's story there in relation to the other two, but I quite enjoyed seeing their relationships evolve and dissolve on screen.
