Review of Liquid Sky (1982) by Michael B — 17 Aug 2008

The soundtrack was FANTASTIC, and was composed using the Fairlight CMI, the first digital sampler/synthesizer.

I have read quite a few negative reviews of this movie, generally people don't like the complete and total apathy of most of the characters. However, I think it perfectly (and truthfully) documents New York's East Village (new-wave Manhattan).

Anne Carlisle, who plays both the male and female main characters is absolutely fantastic...
