Review of Lions for Lambs (2007) by Megan M — 05 Aug 2008
I wish the movie had been longer. It really makes you think about what's going on the world. What's wrong with the politicians today (BOTH republican and democratic) they don't serve in the military.
They no longer think about the lives they are ending. Through Meryl Streeps' character, the media is forced to take responsibility for their part in this crazy world. The verbal battle between Tom Cruise and Meryl Streep was fabulous.
Robert Redford's character reminds us that potential is something more, namely passion. Also when I watched the making of on the DVD I realized that the writer sucked (Basically didn't understand the subtext of his own work), I'm sure Robert Redford made this movie what it is.
