What was Redford thinking? The dialogue (particularly Streep's) occassionally drifts into the downright ridiculous. There's no subtext here. Everyone says exactly what they believe. The movie tries to sound important but actually says nothing.
Don't waste your time on this not-so-subtle propoganda.
