The biggest problem with this movie is that it never goes for the jugular. This movie gets close to its message but never goes for it. Yes, many reporters in the media talk a big game but are too afraid to piss off the corporations that now own their newspapers and TV news show.
Yes, sometimes, college students speak a big game but lack the conviction to go through their actions. Yes, conservatives side step what is really the issue with the present wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and focus too much on Sept.
11. And yes, sometimes, it doesn't matter how good an education some people get, they still feel the call to do their duty to their country regardless of what will happen. This movie is short but feels long, primarily because it lacks the courage to go one step further.
