Review of Lions for Lambs (2007) by Nina M — 12 Feb 2010
They should have made more out of the skript. it is like having all the public opinions, sides etc in one movie. but nothing really happens. exept that behind enemy's lines there are two friends, soldiers, brothers who stand up together to be killed like heroes by the taliban. I don't get it. too much of the same old same old patriotism stuff.
And its the old politians only want to be elected, journalists realize their mistakes and stand up for their opinion, not making the same mistake again (naive), the intellectuals trying to put together the new generation of talented and honest minded polititians etc...
At least the dialogues are fine to listen to if you needed to get all the stuff about irak and the taliban and mistakes of the u.s. government wrapped up.
