Review of Lions for Lambs (2007) by Andrew W — 29 Apr 2010
Notionally set in real time, this story follows three different narratives that ultimately synchronise. A study in politics and honour and how they mix (or not) against a military action in Afghanistan.
Redford has delivered a film that asks us to think rather than preaching the right or wrong of the situation. Dramatic stuff.
