Review of Limitless (2011) by Jamie J — 10 Mar 2013

Now I never saw this when it originally came out, mostly because every film at the time seemed to feature Bradley Cooper, and to be honest that kind of dragged a bit. But two years later I find that Limitless is actually rather enjoyable. Centring on the premise that one magical pill can somehow 'reactivate' the dormant parts of our feeble man brains, and give us limitless potential. Of course things go awry and shit hits the fan when the more seedy parts of society get hold of said pill.

Limitless is certainly enjoyable, and more of a thinking mans adrenaline ride than more trashy films such as Crank. And equally as fun.
