Review of Lilo & Stitch (2002) by Luxo J — 14 Mar 2010
At first, this doesn't feel much like a traditional Disney movie, but it gets better later on.
Like a lot of Disney films, this has quite enjoyable music.
There were moments where the characters felt real, but there were also moments where it just didn't seem realistic at all, but the animation was still great.
Something that didn't feel right about the movie was the sister, Nani. She looked and sounded more like a mother.
I did enjoy this movie, but I enjoyed it more when I was younger. It's still okay though, as long as I enjoyed it.
This is better than the feature Disney made before this, Atlantis, because it has more charm and it felt more like Disney wanted to make something like the way they used to.
I'm glad it was nominated for Best Animated Feature at the 2002 Academy Awards, because it is worth it.
