Review of Like Dandelion Dust (2009) by Ashlee P — 30 Dec 2011
I cried. at the end. I lost it. I knew going in that it doesn't matter how it ends you're going to be upset for somebody. Who knows if it's going to be a happy ending and you cry or if it's going to be a sad ending and you're going to cry.
Either way you're going to cry! And I did. I didn't read the book I can't compare it to that. The story was good, I think it could have been portrayed better but it was good and I enjoyed watching it.
I think anyone with a family especially if you have kids right now or have gone through fostering or adoption you will be affected through this movie. The cast was did a great job giving layers and depth to each character.
The only thing I kind of wish was done differently is that the faith aspect was a little more deeply portrayed in the film.
