Review of Like Crazy (2011) by Taylor M — 08 Jul 2013
As someone who has been in a long-term long distance relationship before, this movie really struck a chord with me. It is extremely realistic in the sadness and loneliness that comes with distance and the joy and harmony that comes with reunion.
The movie realistically portrays the sacrifices one makes for love, and whether these sacrifices are worth it, well, that's up to the viewer. The music that accompanies the film is simply fantastic, and Felicity Jones's performance is heartbreaking and beautiful.
Like Crazy isn't your typical, feel-good chick flick, but it's definitely worth watching.
