Review of Lights Out (2016) by Borhan K — 06 Oct 2016
Lights Out was a movie I sat down with the wife and watched as my wife is into horror flicks.
I on the other hand not a fan at all. This movie as all about some spirit friend that a mum of a brother and sister had picked up from a mental hospital that comes back and haunts the family and kills all the mothers loves ones and then decides to go after the kids.
The spirit has some diseases of the light and makes everything go dark.
The movie itself although a good concept as I like psychological thrillers but the horror aspect was a turn-off but it is not as scary and I have seen before.
My wife laughs at the scary parts should I be worried :P lol.
The ratings say PG 13 but I say not suitable for the kids at all and even adults if you are not a horror fan stay away.
A one time only deal for me and if I have to watch horror flicks it has to be during the day.
