Haley's comet has brought something terrible to London, namely the story and acting from this movie. Don't try and make heads or tails of it as it really doesn't matter, just admire the occasionally decent atmosphere and the naked body of Mathilda May (if that's your sort of thing) as they are what keeps this one afloat.
