Melissa McCarthy does a great job portraying Deanna, a newly divorced mom who decides to go back to college with her daughter to get her degree. The cast of supporting characters and college girls do a great job acting out emotions, also creating a few laughs.
Life of the party is a good hearted comedy that shows audiences how much Melissa McCarthy can do with her character portrayals.
