Life of pi may very well be the best book based movie in the past decade. not only is it one of the most technically masterful films of all time. it is one of the most emotionally moving and carries a powerful message the director probably didnt know he was sending.
its not the destination but the journey that counts. with that said I believe life of pi is one of the greatest movies ever made.
