A unique life, provides a memorable and unique documentary - Steve James strikes just the right chords telling the story of a prodigy Chicago journalist who grew up to be a film curator who gets his due, and fulfills his dreams by collaborating on his own film -the telling of his life's journey, one that just so happens to follow as strong a story arc as some of the movies he gave his passionate approval of.
