This was the Indian movie of the year for me so far. it captures the spirit of bombay and its many many denizens, so so beautifully. Standout performances by the entire cast (especially irfan khan and konkana.
..watch their "drive the car" scene, to get rationalization for embarking upon a relationship)the music is superb as well.Anurag basu is clearly a director to watch out for. Bombay has never looked so beautiful on celluloid.
From the victorian accents of the local railway stations, to the red glittery, BEST buses, to the backseats of the crusty old fiat cabs...this movie captures it all. GO FOR IT!!
