There's not really a coherent, set-in-stone linear story in this which sort of hurts the movie, but other than that minor setback, the movie showcases the beauty and wondrousness of life, nature, and how in one day we all just get by in 24 hours. It's quite fascinating to see different cultures, walks of life, viewpoints, and personalities all compiled together and you walk away from the film with some simple observation: That despite our shortcomings as a society; despite our differences, we're all the same and part of this big globe and put on this world for a purpose.

Ome of the visuals the director Kevin McDonald collects are stunning--- to look at our world in an almost 'National Geographic' close inspection. I haven't seen anything quite like it since this year's "Tree of Life" where a director will just focus on the majesty and wonderment that is the world we tend to ignore as humans, our own backyards and what's beyond it.
