There is the occasional interesting moment during this montage, but it's ultimately a limp and tedious 90 minutes that only really confirmed to me that nothing interesting really happened on July 24th 2010.

Some might argue that's the whole point of the film, so we can see some of the little things that don't make the news. But does intentional boredom and tedium really have any business appearing in a cinema? Probably not.
