Review of Life As We Know It (2010) by Sophie M — 01 Apr 2011
If you were to sum up this movie in one word, it would probably be "yaaaawn". Two polar opposites are forced to live together under ridiculous circumstances and, surprise surprise, grow to love each other and everything is all honky dory.
I can't even think of anything to type here. This movie is so by the numbers, it's unbelievable. This movie offers up nothing. Just cliche after cliche. Katherine Heigl can be seen here playing the exact same character from her last 5 movies and Josh Duhamel is, uh, some guy that may have done something else before this... maybe? Either way, you have 2 sexy people here with pansy foo foo problems that can only be solved, apparently, by having a baby take a dump in said sexy man's hat.
If you loved Raising Helen, 27 Dresses, Confessions of a Shopaholic, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Fools Gold, What Women Want, Maid in Manhattan, Sweet Home Alabama, Fever Pitch, Must Love Dogs, The Ugly Truth, Bride Wars, My Best Friend's Girl, The Wedding Planner, Failure to Launch and When in Rome then you're sure to gobble up this donkey poop up as well. Mmmm, donkey poop.
