The critics totally ragged on this movie, but I really do not understand why. It was fantastic. Okay, so maybe not fantastic. Romantic comedies don't tend to be the cream of the crop when it comes to the Oscars, but this one was very good.
The comedy was funny, without being over dramatic, as most movies where two people who don't like each other are stuck together. Furthermore, they didn't make it stupid, where they were being forced to live together.
They were both there because they wanted to be, which made the story so much more believable. Overall it was sweet, cute, and funny. The only explainable reason why this movie was rated so low, is that the critics didn't even watch the movie, but simply judged it.
Watching this movie, you felt like you knew exactly how the story was going. Typical bad romantic comedy. However, it wasn't! Honestly, the story was not so clear, other than the ending, and come on.
Its a romantic comedy. How can you not know the ending, going in?
