Review of Life and Debt (2001) by Kieran M — 26 Nov 2007
I don't know what's worse: how few people have seen this movie, or how many more movies like it could be made about the scores of small countries turned into the international equivalent of indentured servants.
This is a well-shot, well-edited documentary that never gets boring. It also has a banging soundtrack featuring Sizzla Kalonji that you can't fuck with.
