Watching the trailer I expected a quirky and funny little gem of a flick ... Not exactly. Life after Beth is a dark and edgy metaphor for ending a relationship, the quirky and kooky characters portrayed brilliantly by the underrated Dane Dehaan and Aubrey Plaza whose fun and caring chemistry makes the ending that much bittersweet.
A romcom with serious cult potential.
