My only major criticism of this movie which took it down to a 7 from an 8: It just doesn't make too much sense how Calvin gets so intelligent after surviving for just a a matter of days. If they had at least shown a learning period for the organism, that would have made things make one sense, and could have even been more tragic if the crew members were the ones who gave him that learning experience.

It's not a bad movie at all so all the hateful reviews are just silly. But a 6/10 or 7/10 seems about right for this.
