Review of Life (2017) by Rolando S — 30 Mar 2017
If you know anything about the International Space Station, do not see this movie. It gets it all wrong. The movie starts off dumb with the capture of a Mars return sample speeding into the Earth's atmosphere with only the help of the Canada arm.
And it keeps getting worse from there. A doc who falls in love with his specimen, a jokester crew member who refuses to follow orders, a depressed crew member who reads children's books, a security officer who doesn't know how to secure anything, etc.
. The writing was poor, the plot line has holes and the acting really stunk. If the ISS had a crew of teenage campers out of Friday the 13th, it would be a better movie.
