Been a while since I've seen a fun and clever monster movie. Despite the intellectual trappings, it definitely is a monster movie and there's no lack of action- quite fast paced and lots of good gore and chase scenes.
Saw the ending coming a bit but overall a great film and the effects were pretty much an 8 or 9, making a CGI monster more than believeable.
