Review of Licorice Pizza (2021) by Kirkender — 29 Dec 2021

I love this movie. Cooper Hoffman and Alana Haim anchor the show, but the supporting cast really fills the world. Bradley Cooper as Jon Peters is so amazingly funny. It's a really well made and super entertaining flick.

Initially the love story between a 15 year old boy and a 25 year old woman seems a bit strange, but remember, 99% of film involves a much older man with a very young woman. I'm not saying it's right, but like, if you are going to complain about that aspect you need to stop watching all media.

My only quibble with the film is the soundtrack is a bit cliché, and that David Bowie's Life on Mars needs to be retired permanently.
