Review of License to Wed (2007) by Thomas W — 06 Apr 2009

As far as comedies go this was kind of flat. Dull might even be a better word. There are a few laughs, but I really don't remember them being out loud. Robin Williams is the only person getting laughs, but no where near as many as he should have.

I like John Kransinski a lot on "The Office", but it doesn't mean I want to see that exact character in an unrelated movie. The worst part of the whole thing was Mandy Moore, I can't even start to tell you how annoying she was in this film.

The story was fairly weak but mostly boring. It is too bad Robin Williams couldn't save this film from going down the road of so many other forgettable romantic comedies.
