If this movie were not made in the 80's, i'd give two shits about it since strictly speaking the movie overall is not that good. its the kind of movie that you would love if you were in the 7th grade but not after that.
However, as an 80's movie, it captures the corny teen atmosphere and is some what entertaining in its own way. you can probably catch it on TBS or FX on odd Week day summer mornings.
