Review of Licence to Kill (1989) by Zack B — 01 Sep 2010
The most character driven Bond film since 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service', which is the best thing about it. It also has all the elements of an 80s action movie, evil South American drug lords, cocaine, big bags of money, the hero turning in his badge to go on a personal vendetta to avenge his best friend, bar fights, and hot chicks with short hair and guns.
Throw in James Bond into the mix and you've got yourself a movie.
