Never really understood why some people disliked Timothy Dalton so much. He's not Sean Connery, but then who is? Judging by the 56% audience rating on this, one of the few times I've seen an audience rating lover than a critics rating (by a lot) this is not one of the more popular films in the Bond canon, but I've always liked it.
It's got flaws, but James Bond in pure revenge mode is fun and the way he totally destroys the bad guy's drug and weapons business and get his revenge is fun to watch. And David Hedison, one of my boyhood heroes from Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea plays Felix Leiter.
