Review of Licence to Kill (1989) by Thomas J — 16 Jul 2014
The living daylights was a classic bond film as although it was dark it was still a Bond film. However the same cannot be said for Dalton's second film. The film is too violent even for bond standards (One scene involves a mans head exploding in a decompression chamber with blood splattering on the frame) and I can't help but feel its trying to be less Bond and more like Die hard.
However the action is good and Dalton is a good bond and Davi is a good bond villain. Definitely rent this one.
