Review of Licence to Kill (1989) by Maineutral R — 13 Jun 2013
This second (and last) shot on Dalton as Bond is very crude and darker than normal Bond films, making it unlikeable to many people, but the action is good, the tension is very accurate and the characters are not that bad, but this seems more like a cartel-movie than a Bond film.
