Review of Liberal Arts (2012) by Paul P — 01 Jan 2013
Well written and played, this is a thoughtful and funny film.
The main focus of the film is coping with the effects of getting older and contemplating whether you are doing what you want with your life. The main characters in this film (Young, old and older) all present differing views on this subject and it is an engaging and funny film to take in. Radnor is on good form up front (doing a Zach Braff in also writing and directing - both of which he has done very well) along with Elizabeth Olson who is terrifc and the always great Richard Jenkins.
Funny and thought provoking, I liked this film a lot.
