Review of Liberal Arts (2012) by Lachlan D — 01 Nov 2013
Liberal Arts is such a delightful film; it doesn't try to be perfect, and the story is delivers is hardly out of this world, but the script is written so well and the performances so natural that you'll hardly notice.
Josh Radnor and Elizabeth Olsen had fantastic chemistry, and I must say I was pretty bummed when their relationship didn't quite take the turn I wanted it to - but I think that added that much more to the film.
Also of special note is Zac Efron; I haven't seen him in much of his recent stuff, but he plays his character to perfection in the couple scenes he pops up in. Josh Radnor definitely has some major talent, and he makes for a great lead; here's hoping we see more of him in the future, and we see more of these types of films.
Gotta love anything that gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling inside.
