Review of Liar Liar (1997) by Nathan H — 04 May 2012
Jim Carrey's first small step on his path to try to become a serious actor, that would ultimately ruin his career. But at this point the goofiness is still there, and it makes the movie. But the attempts to turn this into a Jimmy Stewart flick just come off schmaltzy and cheesy and drag the movie down.
