Review of Letters to Juliet (2010) by Sophie B — 08 Jan 2012
Whilst there was a truly heartwarming love story at the centre of this film, it was very Hollywood and I was in no doubt that Claire and Lorenzo would find each other, that Sophie and Charlie would get together, that Charlie would climb the tree and fall off.
.. It was very predictable to the point of being boring and I just didn't like the characters. Bernal gave a good performance as usual but the others lacked talent and charisma. Several glaringly obvious continuity mistakes and terrible acting later, I can safely say this film was not worth my time.
