An enjoyable romantic film perfect for Valentine's Day. While the story is predictable, the photography of the Italian countryside is beautiful and Vanessa Redgrave steals the show as an elderly woman searching for her long lost first love.
The idea of the letters to Juliet is so fascinating--I would have liked to have seen this unique idea explored in a less cliched way. Nevertheless, it's a fun chick flick.
