This movie was lovely (a must-own for me), even though it made me very, very sad in parts. Sophie's fiance is a real pig and its easy to see why she wanders off in Italy by herself and gets herself mixed up in the search for Lorenzo. Vanessa Redgrave is just lovely and brilliant in this role. I totally enjoyed her character.
Very sweet and lovely. Yes, it was predictable in parts, but still a thoroughly enjoyable movie.
