Review of Letters to God (2010) by Connor C — 27 Apr 2011
Story-wise this was purely a good movie. Acting wasn't anything special and it was sometimes cheesy or unbelievable (i.e., relationships develop way too quick), but the story made up for any shortcomings.
This movie pushes emotional buttons and makes no attempt to hide that it is a story of a man's life going down a path of self-destruction being changed for the better by learning of God's love and forgiveness.
And although it tugs at your heartstrings, it does not "preach at you" about God or try to answer all life's questions. I recommend this movie to all viewers.
