Review of Letters to God (2010) by May A — 06 Sep 2010
I have seen other movies by this company, and they all get preachy. Yet, this movie takes it to an uncomfortable place. A story about a young boy dealing with cancer. The movie mentions God about 150,000 times.
I couln't get all the way through the movie. I wish I could say I did. Nope. There was no other dimension to the characters other than their faith.
If anyone had anything else going for them, I would have believed the story more.
If you feel the need for one of these faith based movies, watch either Facing Giants, or Fireproof. Both are better.
