Wow...What a Masterpiece...It's really not so much about the battle sequences its more about the men and there backrounds, what they did before they came to war. The acting was extremely good and the script was excellent.
I thought this one was much better than Flags of our Fathers. Flags of our Fathers was very good but I thought it was a little to preachy and didn't have the originality that this movie had. I think that Letters from Iwo Jima is clint Eastwood's best film.
